How long will it take for my orders to arrive?

We are working hard to make sure all orders are shipped out with minimal delay and we thank you for your patience!
Here is an estimated timeframe for an order to be shipped out:
Normal Period- 1 to 2 business days
Peak Period- 5 to 7 business days
*Peak period includes the week of a new launch, sales event and festive season
Singapore orders- 1 to 2 working days
International orders- 5 to 15 working days
All parcels will be delivered between Monday to Saturday excluding holiday.
Kindly reach out to us if your parcel has not yet been delivered within the above timeframe. We will be glad to assist you further.
How much does delivery cost?
For Singapore orders:
We've made shipping even more affordable!
Enjoy free local (SG) delivery for orders over 60 SGD.
For orders below 60 SGD, a flat rate courier of $5 applies.
For Malaysia orders:
Enjoy free Malaysia delivery for orders over 100 SGD.
For orders below 100 SGD, a shipping rate of $10 and above applies.
For International orders:
As shipping fee varies for each country, kindly refer to the shipping fee reflected during the checkout process after address input.
Any import duties and taxes must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.
Can my instock item shipped separately if my purchase consist of a backorder item?
Yes! If you’ve ordered an instock item and a backorder item in the same purchase, we will dispatch your instock item right away and ship the backorder item once it becomes available.
If your backorder item is arriving within 1.5 weeks, both instock and backorder item will be shipped together.
Split shipping fee is complimentary if your backorders is over $60 otherwise, shipping fee will be incurred.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Once an item is shipped out, we will send you an email update with the tracking number.

I think my parcel is missing
We apologize for the inconvenience. If you believe your parcel is missing, please check the following:
Confirm the shipping address on your order. Sometimes, parcels are delivered to the wrong address due to a mistake in the shipping information.
Check with your household member, neighbors or building management to see if they have received the parcel on your behalf.
Search through your shoe rack or riser to locate your parcel.
Check the delivery status of your parcel using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
If, after checking these things, you still cannot locate your parcel, please contact us and provide your order number. We will do our best to locate the missing parcel and resolve the issue for you as soon as possible.
How do I change my delivery information?
If you require an update for your delivery address due, please contact us as soon as you can and provide your order number along with the updated address.
If your parcel has not been shipped out, we will be able to assist you with it.
However, if your parcel is already with our shipping partner, we may not be able to update your delivery address.
What happens if I missed my delivery?
If you missed a delivery, our shipping partner will make another delivery attempt the next day.
You may contact the respective shipping partner to reschedule the delivery by providing your tracking number.
If your parcel has been returned to us, we can arrange to have it redelivered again. Kindly take note that additional redeliver fee applies.
