Will the backorder arrive ahead of the estimated date?

Our backorders generally require about 2 months to be fulfilled. While we always aim to meet, or even deliver earlier than the estimated arrival date, we kindly ask for your understandinga should there be any changes due to unforeseen circumstances. 

To keep you well-informed, we’ve created a dedicated website that’s regularly updated with the latest progress of your item. You’ll also receive timely email notifications with any key updates regarding your backorder.

I need assistance - I need to amend my shipping address.

If your backorder has not yet been processed and dispatched, our Customer Care Team will be able to help amend your shipping address. Please reach out to them through either Whatsapp or Email, and they will take it from there. 

I need assistance - I’d like to change the size or colour of my backorder.

This request will be subject to availability. If the desired size or colour is still in stock, our Customer Care Team will be able to assist you with the amendment. Please reach out to them through either Whatsapp or Email, and they will take it from there. 

I need assistance - I’d like to cancel my backorder.

Once an order has been successfully received in our system, we are unable to cancel it. However, if the order is eligible for return, our Customer Care Team would be happy to assist with a return for Store Credits. Please reach out to them through either Whatsapp or Email, and they will take it from there. 

I need assistance - I won’t be around when the backorder arrives, would it be possible to schedule the delivery for a later date?

My backorder has been delayed and I would like to cancel my backorder. 

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. While we strive to meet our estimated timelines, unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause delays hence we always seek our customers’ understanding and flexibility when placing a backorder.
