Our policy lasts 7 days. We will not be able to offer you a refund (store credits only) or exchange if this period is over.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
If you require an exchange, send us an email at email@example.com and/or submit a request here. Exchanges are subject to the availability of the product.
For any returns, the return address will be provided once we have approved your return request.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund if it is arranged on our end.
Trackable mailing is always encouraged for returns, Chello SG is not responsible for any lost or damaged return mails in the process of delivery back to us.
